Programs & Data Coordinator (Graduate Assistant)

 

Eddah is pursuing a P.h.D in Industrial Systems Engineering with a focus in Operations Research at Virginia Tech. She has a Master’s in Mathematics from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor's in Economics and Mathematics from Simpson College.

She is from Kenya and has been an international student throughout her collegiate career, resulting in her deep appreciation of the importance of community to enhance the college experience. Due to this, she relishes participating in BCC’s work of fostering a community for Black and African American students at Virginia Tech. She enjoys learning about new cultures, sharing knowledge with others, cycling, hiking, reading books, and watching basketball or television shows.
