The 7th Latinx Symposium at Virginia Tech is a day-long academic and community-focused event designed to promote dialogue, scholarship, and collaboration. Open to faculty, staff, students, and community participants, the symposium provides a forum to share research, professional experiences, and creative work related to Hispanic and Latinx topics and perspectives.

Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, the symposium supports intellectual exchange and professional development while fostering a sense of community among participants. The event underscores Virginia Tech’s ongoing commitment to advancing knowledge, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, and engaging with diverse communities in ways that strengthen academic and civic life.

The 7th Latinx Symposium invites all members of the university and surrounding communities to take part in an enriching day of learning, reflection, and shared dialogue.
